Writer, Creative Director, Musician, & Illustrator
San Francisco, California
Bio
I’ve been a creative professional for over 14 years, starting out as a graphic artist, illustrator and web designer before switching to the copy side in 1998. Since then I’ve worked on the client and agency side for dozens of mid-size to Fortune 500 companies in just about every vertical, primarily as a copywriter and creative director in the interactive space.
As a singer/songwriter/producer, I’ve independently released six records, and my first non-fiction book, Indie Rock 101: Running, Recording and Promoting Your Band, was published last year by Focal Press. I’m also a vegan, black belt in tae kwon do and certified scuba diver. In my scant free time, I work on music and writing projects, and recently placed two scripts for TV’s “The Office” in the 2010 Scriptapalooza semifinals.
I’m currently working on a novel set in San Francisco, where I live with my fiancée, rescue dog and cat, Max.
